This film is inspired by real events In the Italian countryside, two teenagers and their friends are persistently searching for Luca, a peer to whom they gave a small sum of money in advance without receiving the hashish they had requested. Filippo, one of the boys involved in the scam, must try to keep secret the violent plan his friends have devised to take revenge.

FEDERICO PAPAGNA
Director FEDERICO PAPAGNA

Federico Papagna, born in 1996, is a director and screenwriter. Insecurity and fear are the central themes he explores to express himself. During his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts RUFA, where he graduated in Cinema in 2019, he wrote and directed two short films, “Rincorrersi” and “Antoine”, which earned him awards and selections at various international festivals. He nurtures his creativity through photography, which he describes as “the center of my thoughts.” In 2022, he shot the poster image for the film Patagonia, the debut feature by Simone Bozzelli, produced by Wildside and RAI Cinema. In recent years, he has collaborated with various clients on commercial projects and music videos, earning a premiere on MTV Italy. In 2023, he completed his third short film, “Senza radici, senza dolore”, which premiered at Cinema delle Provincie in Rome, screening before Paul Schrader's Master Gardener. He has recently completed his fourth short film “I Fantasmi” and is currently developing his first feature film, Post-X.
