Two water droplets—a boy and a girl—set out on a journey across the world, shifting through different states of matter. When a lightning strike shatters the boy into scattered fragments, the girl searches desperately to restore him. With the aid of a weeping willow that gathers his dispersed essence, they reunite, merge, and sink into the earth, where a white lily blooms in their place.
