Ningú Borda (Nobody Barks)
Candela has a monotonous life in an inland town. During the town festival, she accidentally runs over her nephew's dog, but decides not to confess. Instead, she invents a legend about a dog pilgrimage to a sacred tree and invites him to join her in the search. Slowly, the lies begin to consume her.

Júlia Coldwell Serra is a director and screenwriter, graduated in Directing from the Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya (ESCAC). During her studies, she directed several fiction and documentary short films, including LA MORT PETITA (2021), which was awarded Best Short Film at the BCN Film Fest. In 2025, she completed a Master’s in Directing at the same school with the film NINGÚ BORDA (NOBODY BARKS) starting its festival journey in SEMINCI - Valladolid IFF, and in 2026 at Clermont-Ferrand ISFF. Her work focuses on the use of comedy and the absurd as tools to explore contemporary social issues. She is currently developing her first feature film.
