"Electricity connects us, especially when it's stolen."
 An electrician takes a job to replace sockets, desperate for cash after months of unpaid invoices. In a young mother’s flat, he discovers an illegal electricity bypass left behind by her parents. For her, it means a debt of hundreds of thousands; for him, the impossibility of finishing his work. Should he walk away and look for money elsewhere, or help her through unofficial means? A drama about survival in a system that leaves both characters with no choice but to bend its rules.

On a late night in a run-down office, a group of workers find themselves stuck to the ceiling by their hats. Blindly carrying out their tasks, they are oblivious to the absurdity of their situation. When an old telephone rings, they begin to disappear one by one. A worker named Hatker dares to confront the reality, ultimately turning the Kafkaesque world upside down.

"THE END OF HUMAN RACE" is a fast-paced cinematic documentary about the highest art exhibition in the world at 2,675 meters by director Vesely Marek, exploring the tension between humanity and nature, told through the artistic intervention of Alexander Maria Lohmann. It follows the creation and installation of seven large-scale artworks embedded in the permafrost soil beneath the Rettenbach Glacier in Tyrol. Thematically, the documentary spans the arc from human exploitation of the planet to nature’s reclaiming of its space — a visual poem about time, transience, and responsibility.

A journey through the pages of my mother’s old Chinese-English dictionary. Combining ink drawings on paper with direct animation on 35mm film, various definitions of the Chinese character for ‘walk’ take on meanings in turn literal, historical, personal and abstract. An experimental animated short about language, meaning and moving through the world (one drawing at a time).
