Synopsis: IN OUT is about a Turkish filmmaker participated in a documentary project organized in Europe and her story of probation and deportation at the land borders of Serbia and Bulgaria. Film consists of three main parts visualizes the concept of border and aims to raise questions about the various kinds of citizenship status and the procedures conducted during the border transitions between countries.

Zeynep Merve Uygun (Ýzmir, 1985) received her BA in English Language and Literature Department of Boðaziçi University and her MA in Film and TV Department of Bilgi University. She worked in many TV programmes, short film and documentary projects. She is currently a research assistant in the Department of Cinema and TV of Ýstanbul Þehir University.
