Synopsis: DJ:LA is a short film that remixes the frenzied sights and sounds of the Los Angeles landscape to uncover the rhythm and melody of the city. It takes inspiration from turntablism – the record manipulation techniques of a DJ – and attempts to translate it to film.

Holds a degree in computer science from Princeton University and an MFA in film production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts. In 2007, he was a directing fellow with Film Independent's Project Involve, where writer-director Zach Helm (Stranger Than Fiction, Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium) was his mentor. In 2008, Jerry co-founded Ringleader Productions with four of his USC classmates. The music video, commercial, and digital media production company has over 20 years of combined experience in craft services. They've also had a successful first year, producing content for clients such as Comcast and EMI.
