Born in 1966. Edgar worked as a doctor for ten years. Studied script writing at the Higher School of Cinematography in Moscow. In 2001 graduated from the Higher Courses of script writers and directors, Moscow at the workshop of Alexey German and Svetlana Karmalita’s.
