Synopsis:
Eleven-year-old Janek is raised under difficult conditions by his single mother. His mother loves him deeply, yet her alcohol addiction is not the ideal preconditions for rearing a child. But Janek doesn’t resign. He struggles through his world using his vivid imagination.

Born in Warsaw. Between 1994 and 2007 he studied at several universities in Poland, England and Germany. Since 1996 he has worked as director for numerous advertising and film projects. Lewandowski is currently working on his feature film debut, which will be produced at the end of 2009 in Poland and Germany.
