Caring for a child with disabilities is hard. Caring for two disabled children in European Bulgaria is almost unbearable. What are the real needs of the special children and what does the state provide for them? How do legislations become obsolete when they’re not applied? How much does it take to overcome the obstacles?
Director: Marina Evgenieva
Born in 1976. Marina holds a masters degree in philosophy from Sofia university. From 2004 to 2007 she studies philosophy at the Southwestern university in Blagoevgrad. Marina worked as a reporter, anchor and editor for Retro radio and Darik radio between 1998 and 2006. She is a journalist at the national television bTV since 2006.
