Synopsis: When the southeast wind blew at nights on the desolated streets that they left, their howls were heard just like it used to be many years ago... People who succembed to these voices, getting on boats and dighies, went to bring some of them back secretly. however, when they drew near to the island, they saw something they could never forget. 80.000 dogs in exile, wre waiting for an unexpected guest to take them away from this arid pice of land in the middle of the sea. But now life was too modernized to allow their return.

Emre Sarıkuş was born in Istanbul, 1983. He was graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Sociology Department in 2007. He also got a Sports Communication certificate from Kadir Has University.  Since 2007, he has written a book which includes the social stories about history of Turkey.  His first documentary project which tells the exiled dogs of İstanbul  “Sesim Rüzgâra” was completed in 2010. Emre also writes articles on newspapers, scripts and essays about soccer.
