Synopsis: Behrens’ car breaks down somewhere on a deserted country road in the middle of the night. It’s raining and there’s no telephone for miles around. Suddenly a breakdown truck appears out of nowhere. The mechanic is an unfriendly and dangerous-looking guy. Without wasting any time, he tows Behrens and his car to a large repair shop somewhere in no man’s land. Not a bus or taxi in sight – Behrens is trapped. Strange things happen on the repair shop premises: Behrens is lured by a young woman. He’s forced to spend the night in grubby shared sleeping quarters, for he’s unable to flee from this absurd place. Aggressive mechanics threaten his life. All his attempts to escape fail miserably. In the end, there’s only one escape route open to him …
